Our jewelry is crafted using a variety of high-quality materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, 18k gold-plated and precious gemstones. Each product page lists the specific materials used for that item.
2. How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes. Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
Do you offer custom jewelry services?
Yes, we do offer custom jewelry services. You can personalize selected items with engravings or choose specific stones. For custom inquiries, please contact our support team through the contact form on our website.
4.What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for most items in new and unused condition. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable .
5. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the EU, and international shipping outside the EU can take 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that personalized jewelry takes around 2/3 weeks extra.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
7. Do you ship internationally?

8. How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
